We primarily focus on dogs, but we also offer select products for small animals. Our product selection is tailored toward pet wellness and bonding.

4. Do you have a physical store?
We are an exclusively online brand, which allows us to keep our reach wide and our costs focused on impact. However, we do host pop-up shops at select events and locations throughout the year so you can meet us in person, explore our products, and connect with our community.

5. Why are your products sometimes priced higher than other pet stores?
We carefully select high-quality, durable, and ethically sourced products that are built to last and better for pets. A portion of each purchase directly funds our mission to support animal rescues and shelters—so when you shop with Barkle, you’re not only getting great products, you’re also helping animals in need.

You can shop online directly through our website or follow us on social platforms for exclusive offers and product drops.

7. Where is Barkle Based? 

We are based in Canada! We sell exclusively online and host pop up events across Canada and the US. We currently ship  worldwide to select countries. Check online where we ship to.

8. Can I track my order?
Yes! After you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

9. What if I have an issue with my order?

15. How does Barkle give back to animal rescues?
We donate a percentage of every sale to trusted pet rescue organizations. We also organize supply drives and highlight adoptable pets on our social media. When you see our price tags at a higher rate than other competitors, we aim to give back a percentage of the sales back to animal charity.

20. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. and Canada. International shipping is coming soon!

21. What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. You can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

22. Why is the shipping time so long for some products?

At Barkle, we focus on quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship over mass production. Unlike fast-fashion style retailers, we partner directly with trusted factories to create each piece with care and attention to detail.
